Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Drafting Technician in Woodlands, Singapore.

You will prepare technical drawings and layouts using CAD software, review specifications for accuracy, and update drawings to reflect design changes. Coordinate with operations for fabrication and assist with order documentation. A minimum of 1 year drafting experience and proficiency in AutoCAD or GstarCAD are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant drafting or CAD experience.
• Experience in the stone, construction, interior fit-out or related industries is advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, GstarCAD or equivalent drafting software.

$2,620 - $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Technical Drawing & Drafting
  • Prepare technical drawings, layouts and detailed drafts using CAD software based on project, product and operational requirements.
  • Review specifications to ensure drawings are accurate, practical and aligned with production requirements.
  • Update drawings to reflect design changes, amendments and revised project requirements.
  • Maintain proper drawing records and version control.
• 2. Production & Operations Coordination
  • Work closely with the Operations, Production and relevant departments to ensure drawings are suitable for fabrication and CNC production.
  • Clarify technical details and resolve drawing-related issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
• 3. Order Processing & Documentation
  • Support sales and operations order processing, including document preparation and coordination.
  • Ensure technical drawings and operational documents are accurate and aligned before production.
  • Assist with related administrative and coordination tasks.
• 4. Continuous Improvement & General Support
  • Identify opportunities to improve drafting accuracy, workflow efficiency and coordination processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level, NITEC, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant drafting or CAD experience.
• Experience in the stone, construction, interior fit-out or related industries will be an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, GstarCAD or equivalent drafting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
