Job summary

Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural and civil & structural drawings from design drafts.

Translate architects' and engineers' design concepts into accurate technical drawings using CAD software

Produce and update detail drawings in compliance with building requirements and submission standards

Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions

Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers and revision control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.


• At least 3 years' relevant experience in drafting, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry.


• Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD.


• Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.


• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a \"can-do\" attitude.


• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
