Job summary

CHENG XIANG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting professional to develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings, collaborating with engineers.

You will revise drawings per instructions, develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, schedules and data sheets, and coordinate specifications with Project Managers. Strong document control skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant construction industry experience.
• Proficient in Autocad and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
• Revise drawings based on instructions/comments from engineers.
• Develop computer generated drawings, cable detection drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets.
• Perform other related work duties instructed by supervisor.
• Coordinate and prepare specifications to liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for technical drawings and submission approval.
• Maintain good document control and filings.
