Job summary

INN INTERIOR ENTERPRISE PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Professional to develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD. You will collaborate with clients for submissions, revisions, and coordinate on-site measurements to ensure accuracy and project success.

The role requires experience with architectural/interior design drawings and a background in construction or interior design industries, with a meticulous approach to drawing development and attention

Job Summary

Develop detailed architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, collaborate with clients for submissions and revisions, conduct on-site measurements to clarify project details, and coordinate issue resolution to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software to support architectural and interior design projects
• Submit drawings to clients and revise them based on client feedback to ensure design accuracy and satisfaction
• Conduct on-site measurements with clients to clarify spatial details and improve drawing precision
• Coordinate with clients to resolve issues arising from drawing comments, ensuring smooth project progress
• Manage assigned tasks independently to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with architectural and interior design drawings and related works
• Background or specialization in construction or interior design industries
• Attention to detail and meticulous approach to drawing development

Other Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Work schedule: 5.5 days during probation period, with alternate Saturdays off upon confirmation of employment
