Job summary

KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting professional to convert design concepts into precise CAD drawings for architectural and civil-structural projects. You will produce and update detail drawings, ensuring compliance with building requirements and submission standards.

The role requires 3+ years in drafting, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong planning, teamwork, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. On-site work at Jurong West is expected.

Qualifications

• Maintain drawing registers and revision control.

Job Description

• Responsible for general drafting work including the detailing of architectural and civil & structural drawings from design drafts.
• Translate architects' and engineers' design concepts into accurate technical drawings using CAD software
• Produce and update detail drawings in compliance with building requirements and submission standards
• Revise and update drawings promptly based on design changes, RFIs or site instructions
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers and revision control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in drafting, preferably on different scales of projects in construction industry.
• Good knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD.
• Good planning skills in managing modelling and drafting works.
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
