Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a field survey assistant to support data collection across dormitories islandwide, with reporting office at Novena. The role involves assisting respondents, entering data, and meeting targets on a rostered 5-day work week.

The position requires a Diploma and at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication and teamwork abilities. Travel islandwide is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys via online platforms or paper questionnaires.
• Ensure accurate entry of manually collected survey responses into the system.
• Conduct field visits to assigned dormitories across Singapore.
• Collaborate with team to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondents' queries and objections professionally to encourage participation.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion rates.
• Record and update case notes accurately in the system.
• Adhere to SOPs and document any approved deviations.
• Meet established performance targets and project requirements.

Job description

• Location: Islandwide (Dormitory-based fieldwork), reporting office is at Novena
• Working Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday (Rostered schedule)
• Working Hours: 830am to 6pm / 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Based on roster, may be changed based on business needs)
• Contract Period: Immd to 28 February 2027 (Targeted)

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys through online platforms or paper-based questionnaires.
• Ensure all manually collected survey responses are accurately entered into the system.
• Conduct field visits to assigned dormitories across Singapore.
• Work closely with team members to achieve assigned survey completion targets.
• Handle respondents' queries and objections professionally to encourage participation.
• Maintain accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion rates.
• Record and update case notes accurately in the system.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and document any approved deviations.
• Meet established performance targets and project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
