• Attend to employer enquiries and walk-in customers
• Understand employers’ household requirements
• Recommend suitable FDW candidates
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Arrange employer-helper interviews
• Follow up with employers and close placements
• Explain package pricing, fees and agency services
• Handle job confirmation and deposit collection
• Coordinate with overseas partners and suppliers
• Follow up on MOM applications and documentation
• Coordinate helper arrival, medical check-up, SIP/orientation and deployment
• Manage post-placement follow-up and replacement cases
• Maintain accurate case records and follow up on pending cases
