Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented document controller to manage project documents at Hillview. Work 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday under a 1-year contract. You will process, record and disseminate documents, produce status reports, and ensure quality checks and accessibility in the system.

Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Salary up to SGD 3,200 per month, with potential a 1-month completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Minimum at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all documents for projects and ensure that it is easily accessible
• Process and record all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures
• Disseminate, monitor and track incoming and outgoing of documents/transmittals
• Produce reports and statistical figures to indicate the status of work progress and update into system based on the obtained information
• Perform document quality check and review completeness of documents and drawings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
