Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller/Administrator to support project teams with filing, records management and document control duties.

You will provide clerical and administrative support to the project team, maintain up-to-date records, and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. 2+ years in main contractor environments and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• GCE O level or equivalent.
• Min 2 years' experience in main contractor environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and document control software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
