Job summary

Hong An Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Document Controller in Singapore to maintain records and oversee document control for regulatory and legal compliance.

The role is primarily clerical and requires attention to detail, with the ability to communicate issues clearly to the supervisor. The candidate should be a self-starter, capable of working independently or in teams, and possess experience in a Construction/Engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of document control experience in the Construction/Engineering sector.
• Proficient with MS Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Copy, scan and store documents, check for accuracy and edit files.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and with clients.
• Coordinate with Managers, Engineers and Superintendents on documentation control.
• Ensure proper document classification, filing and archiving.
• Perform data entry and prepare ad-hoc project reports as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure timely delivery of documents.
