Qualifications

• Manage registry and document control processes to ensure accurate and timely handling of project documents.
• Apply knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 19650 standards to maintain compliance and quality in document management.
• Develop and maintain automated data dashboards using MS Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) and/or Power BI to support project reporting and decision-making.
• Operate and administer Bentley ProjectWise (EDMS) and its Deliverables Management (DM) module to control electronic document workflows and deliverables.
• Manage complex metadata attributes, workflow states, and audit trails within Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) to ensure traceability and integrity of project information.
• Collaborate with project teams to support Project Information Management and ensure seamless document flow across stakeholders.
