ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is looking for a Doctor - Home Care to conduct medical consultations and provide expert clinical advice to patients. The role includes office-hours consultation, follow-up on patient wellbeing, and close collaboration with the medical team.

The successful candidate will review investigations, lead in delivering high-quality clinical services, and work with nursing and medical staff to drive growth and ensure consistent care delivery.

Qualificações

• Must hold a medical degree recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Fully registered with SMC and eligible to practice medicine.
• Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct medical consultations and provide clinical advice to individual patients.
• Provide office-hours consultation to patients and medical team when required.
• Follow up with patients to ensure wellbeing and clinical progress.
• Review investigations to ensure appropriate care is delivered.
• Lead in delivering high-quality clinical services.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure consistent care.
• Support nursing and medical teams to contribute to growth and development.

As a Doctor - Home Care, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct medical consultations and clinical advice to individual patients.

• Provide office-hours consultation / advice to patients and medical team when required.

• Follow up with patient and ensure their wellbeing clinically.

• Ensure investigation sent are reviewed and appropriate care has been given.

• Take the lead in facilitating delivery of high-quality clinical services

• Work closely with other medical professionals to support and ensure consistent approach and delivery of care services.

• Work closely with nursing managers and medical team to contribute overall growth and development.

Requirements:

• Recognized medical degree by SMC

• Full Registration with SMC

• Have Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine/ Geriatric Medicine will be an advantage
