Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd invites a Medical Doctor to join a hospitality-led, patient-first healthcare clinic in Singapore. You will provide personalized consultations, develop care plans, and deliver holistic care within a multidisciplinary team.

Work alongside the Medical Director, contribute to Men’s Health and Longevity Medicine programmes, and maintain long-term patient relationships with a focus on quality over volume.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years clinical experience, ideally in private clinic or outpatient setting.
• Basic Medical Degree registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) with full registration and practicing certificate.
• Practical knowledge of Men’s Health and Longevity Medicine is an advantage.
• Patient-first, discreet, holistic in approach with commitment to quality over volume.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations and treatment; diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct physical examinations; order diagnostics and tailor treatment plans.
• Build ongoing patient relationships; follow up on progress and provide longitudinal care.
• Collaborate with Doctors, Sonographer, Medical Director on complex cases and referrals.
• Shape and deliver Men’s Health and Longevity Medicine programmes as the clinic grows.
• Maintain accurate medical records and provide patient education and preventive advice.
• Participate in case reviews and clinical quality discussions with the Medical Director.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations and clinical standards.

Our client is a hospitality-led healthcare business founded by a team of experienced doctors who were frustrated with the current state of men's health: often rushed, impersonal, and lacking depth. The clinic was built to redefine what care should look like: personalized, discreet, and truly holistic. The Role

As a Medical Doctor, you provide personalized medical consultations and treatments, develop care plans, and deliver holistic healthcare for a dedicated group of clients. Working alongside the Medical Director and a multidisciplinary team, you uphold the clinic's philosophy of quality over volume and genuine, long-term patient relationships rather than rushed, transactional care. You report to the Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations and treatment, diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct physical examinations, order relevant diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Build ongoing patient relationships: follow up on treatment plan progress, check in proactively, and be the clinical voice a client trusts over their entire journey.
• Collaborate with other Doctors, the Sonographer, and the Medical Director on complex cases, referrals and second opinions, and coordinate with the Personal Health Concierge team so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Help shape and deliver the clinic's Men's Health and Longevity Medicine programmes as the business grows.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, and provide patient education and preventive healthcare advice in every consultation.
• Participate in case reviews and clinical quality discussions with the Medical Director.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations and clinical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, ideally including time in a private clinic or outpatient setting.
• Basic Medical Degree registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC), with full registration and a valid practising certificate.
• Practical knowledge of Men's Health and Longevity Medicine is an advantage.
• Strong diagnostic, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Patient-first, discreet, holistic in approach, and genuinely invested in quality over volume.

Working Hours & Eligibility

• 45-hour work week on a rotating clinic roster, 5-day work week covering weekends and public holidays in line with clinic operating hours, with a replacement day off in lieu for public holidays worked.
