Job summary

Keppel (Infrastructure Division) in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead the District Cooling System (DCS) and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) operations. You will manage a team of engineers and drive improvements in performance, reliability and safety across field sites.

You will oversee maintenance programs, coordinate with operations, monitor equipment, manage budgets and ensure compliance with EHS standards while delivering cost-effective solutions for the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong understanding of ACMV and District Cooling systems.
• Experience with Energy Management System (EMS) and local/remote control & monitoring systems.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong awareness of Environment, Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and support operations for DCS plants and RCM sites.
• Lead a team of plant engineers/technical specialists in DCS/RCM analysis and optimization.
• Coordinate with Operations for troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures.
• Manage Permit To Work system and ensure proper site assessments and isolations.
• Lead maintenance processes including contract management.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with standards.
• Plan and manage repair schedules and evaluate cost estimates.
• Review maintenance reports and budget for maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and support audits.
