Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to operate and maintain the District Cooling Plant (DCP) at Marina Bay Sands on a 1-year renewable contract.

You will handle day-to-day operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and support engineers to ensure safe and efficient plant performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, planning maintenance, supervising technicians and contractors, maintaining records and ISO documentation, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in industrial environments.
• Solid knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, generators and UPS systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills in electrical systems.
• Experience supervising technicians and contractors; familiar with PTW and RA.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation and maintenance of the District Cooling Plant (DCP).
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems.
• Support engineers to ensure safe, reliable plant operation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose faults, and monitor plant performance and availability.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities, safety and compliance documentation.
• Attend emergency call-outs and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Maintain records, SOPs, and ISO documentation; support audits.
