Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Life Insurance or Financial Advisory.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance distribution structures and agency compensation.
• Experience in business reporting, data analytics and MIS reporting.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI and Power Automate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, maintenance and distribution of regular sales performance reports, including MDRT qualification and revenue metrics.
• Manage MDRT matters: registration pages, verification of documents, and certification letters.
• Maintain financing scheme records and provide monthly updates for representatives.
• Develop and enhance management reports and dashboards to support planning and decision-making.
• Analyse KPIs, production trends and distribution performance for actionable insights.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis for Business Development initiatives.
• Recommend reporting enhancements to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Drive automation of reporting processes with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Ensure MAS regulatory compliance and governance for reporting activities.
