Job summary

Soup Curry by Ki-setsu, a new Japanese soup curry concept and the first of its kind in Singapore, is seeking a Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner to join our restaurant team at Fortune Centre.

You will help keep dishwashing areas clean and ensure plates, cutlery, and pots are sanitised and ready for service in a fast-paced environment. We value hardworking, responsible, and tidy individuals who follow hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, responsible, clean, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all washed items are properly cleaned, sanitised, dried, and stored in the correct areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dishwashing area throughout service.
• Clear and dispose of rubbish appropriately and keep waste areas clean.
• Clean kitchen floors and surrounding work areas when required.
• Support general kitchen cleaning duties, including wiping down work surfaces and equipment.
• Help keep the kitchen organised and ensure clean utensils and equipment are available during busy lunch and dinner periods.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Follow food hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Provide simple kitchen support when required.

About us

Soup Curry by Ki-setsu is a new Japanese soup curry concept (the first in Singapore), under the Ki-setsu Group, located at Fortune Centre. We serve hearty Japanese-style soup curry with deep-fried vegetables, rice, and comforting curry broth.

About the role

We are looking for a Dishwasher / Kitchen Cleaner to join our restaurant team and support the smooth daily operations of Soup Curry by Ki-setsu.

This role is suitable for someone who is hardworking, responsible, clean, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will play an important role in keeping our kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas clean and ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and clean plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment
