Job summary

AH LAM ABALONE SOUP in Singapore is seeking a Dish Collector cum Kitchen Helper on a full-time basis to help keep dining and kitchen areas clean and support kitchen operations as needed.

You will collect used dishes, wash and sanitize wares, maintain hygiene and assist with light food preparation. The role involves 6 days per week, 7–9 hour shifts, with immediate start welcome and SGD 1,850–2,100 plus CPF and staff meal.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in F&B operations preferred but willing to learn.
• Hardworking and reliable with the ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
• Physically fit to perform dishwashing and kitchen support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collect and clear used plates, bowls, and trays from Return Tray Racks.
• Separate used dishes for collection by Dish Washing Company.
• Wash and sanitize cutlery, trays, and kitchen wares.
• Clean dining areas, tables and chairs daily.
• Sweep and mop floors; maintain hygiene in dining and back areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation and packing as needed.
