Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for dishing and tray assembly by checking items and quantities.
• Distribute and dish food following instructions and record temperatures.
• Assemble trays according to procedure and time frames.
• Maintain hygiene per ISO2200 and MUIS standards.
• Keep all dishing and tray-assembly records up to date.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy after each session.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
