Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore is seeking a kitchen staff member to support daily food preparation and maintain hygiene across all equipment. The role emphasizes cleanliness, accurate portioning, and maintaining consistent taste and presentation.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, rotate stocks to ensure freshness, minimize waste, and perform washer duties as needed; additional tasks may be assigned by the Chef.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food preparation and maintaining kitchen equipment/utensils at utmost cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensures consistency in taste, quality, quantity, temperature and presentation of each food served.
• Quick in food preparation and able to cope with a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ensure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer duty.
• Ensure freshness of ingredients and raw materials, rotating stocks to track old/new items.
• Clean food preparation area and kitchen equipment to ensure safe handling practices.
• Any other duties as assigned by Chef.
