As part of the team, you will lead end-to-end research initiatives that shape product strategy, influence design decisions, and improve the overall user experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to solve complex user problems and drive evidence-based decision-making.
Plan, design, and execute end-to-end UX research initiatives across the entire product lifecycle from discovery and concept validation through to design iteration and post-launch evaluation. Apply a range of qualitative research methodologies to uncover user behaviours, needs, motivations, and pain points, including:
Analyse qualitative and quantitative research findings to identify user behaviours, pain points, motivations, and opportunities.
Synthesize complex research data into actionable insights that influence product strategy and design direction.
Develop research reports, presentations, and executive summaries tailored for different stakeholder groups.
Communicate findings effectively through storytelling, visualisation, and evidence-backed recommendations.
Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Advocate for user-centred design principles across cross-functional teams.
Translate research findings into product improvements, feature enhancements, and experience optimisations.
Support product discovery activities by validating hypotheses and identifying new opportunities.
