Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Discipline Officer to support student discipline, behaviour management and safety within a school setting in Singapore. The role is a 1-year contract with potential extension, working weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You will liaise with students, parents and school staff, monitor school premises, assist with investigations and keep discipline records. Candidates with experience with children and strong communication skills are preferred, and

Salary: $3,000–$3,300/month
Contract Duration: 1 year, with option to extend for another year
Contract Period: November 2026 – October 2027
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Working Days: Monday to Friday; no weekends or public holidays
Preferably 5 years of experience working with children, teenagers or youth.
Experience in discipline, case management or behavioural support is preferred.
Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills.
Good report-writing and Microsoft Office skills.
First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
Support student discipline, behaviour management and case follow-up.
Assist with investigations, discipline records and reporting.
Monitor student safety, school premises and entry/exit points.
Manage student movement during recess, arrival, dismissal and school activities.
Liaise with students, parents and school personnel on student management matters.
Identify students requiring support and refer them to relevant school personnel.
Support school activities, briefings and other duties as assigned.
