Job summary

GLOBAL-HR STAFFING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a senior leader for valves, control valves, actuators and related systems. The role focuses on sales, business development, and technical oversight for oil & gas, petrochemical, power and process industries.

You will lead customer relationships, oversee tenders and ensure technical and commercial excellence across projects, while coordinating with engineering for product development and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Lead sales and business development for valves and control systems.
• Oversee tenders, technical and commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with engineering on product development, testing and commissioning.
• Travel internationally for adhoc projects, especially to Myanmar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with major customers, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs and end users.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in oil and gas, petrochemical, power, water and industrial sectors.
• Monitor sales pipelines, order intake, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee tender and proposal processes and ensure alignment with customer specs.

Job description

• - Very Experience with valves and actuators
• - Control and safety valves maintenance procedures,
• - Technical reviewing and valves at diagnostic level
• - Establishing project structure, identifying resources, and allocating tasks,
• - Proficiency skill in project management software and tools.
• - Experience in GSAP
• - Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve project goals
• - Addressing issues and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle
• - Well experienced with process and control(Instrumentation)
• - Able to travel overseas often for adhoc projects especially to Myanmar
• - Valve & Control Division is responsible for developing and executing the division's business strategy, driving revenue and profitability, expanding market share, managing key customer relationships, and overseeing technical and operational performance.
• - The role requires strong leadership in industrial valves, control valves, actuators, instrumentation and automation solutions, particularly for oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation and other process industries.

• Lead sales and business development activities for industrial valves, control valves, actuators and related control systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with major customers, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs and end users.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in oil and gas, petrochemical, power, water and industrial sectors.
• Oversee tenders, technical and commercial proposals, contract negotiations and order acquisition.
• Monitor sales pipelines, order intake, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop channel partners, distributors and strategic supplier relationships where appropriate.

Technical and product management

• Oversee product selection, specifications and technical solutions for valve and control applications.
• Ensure appropriate valve sizing, actuator selection, control valve sizing and application engineering support.
• Review technical proposals and ensure compliance with customer specifications and relevant industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams on product development, customization, testing and commissioning.
• Support resolution of technical issues, product failures and customer complaints.
