Job summary

global-hr staffing services private limited seeks an experienced project-lead with extensive valves and instrumentation expertise. The role involves planning project structure, allocating resources, and reviewing valve diagnostics to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will motivate teams and navigate lifecycle challenges, with frequent overseas travel for adhoc projects, notably to Myanmar. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, hands-on maintenance knowledge, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience with valves and actuators
• Maintenance procedures for control and safety valves
• Technical reviewing and diagnostic assessment of valves
• Establishing project structure, resource identification and task allocation
• Proficiency with project management software/tools
• Experience with GSAP is a plus
• Inspiring and motivating teams to achieve goals
• Addressing issues during the project lifecycle
• Experience with process and instrumentation

Responsibilities

• Lead valve/instrumentation projects across teams
• Plan and allocate resources, establish project structure
• Review diagnostics and maintenance procedures
• Coordinate with overseas stakeholders and travel for adhoc projects (Myanmar)
• Motivate and manage project teams to hit milestones
• Identify and resolve issues and obstacles during the lifecycle
