Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business or Accountancy or related professional qualifications.
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm.
• Extensive experience in transfer pricing tax environment.
• Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop internal and client relationships.
• Experience of working in a Transfer Pricing team within a large international firm.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients and developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Overseeing and leading engagements, acting as the main client contact and liaising throughout the engagement cycle.
• Promoting team and personal profile to internal and external networks to increase collaboration and leads.
• Identify client issues representing opportunities and contribute to securing it, including budgeting and billing for profitable delivery.
• Mentoring, coaching and developing junior team members.
• Contributing to people development activities (coaching/mentoring) for less experienced staff.
