Job summary

RSM - Singapore is seeking an experienced Tax Advisory professional to join our team in Singapore. You will help develop and lead the Tax Advisory Team while mentoring staff and building strong client relationships aligned with our 7Ps value system.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality tax advice, enhancing market presence through papers, talks, and publications, and maintaining rigorous risk controls on all client work; you will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Tax, or Business (SCTP accreditation a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant tax experience.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore corporate tax; International tax experience is a bonus.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to grow in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and building the Tax Advisory Team.
• Coach and mentor staff in the team.
• Develop strong and enduring relationships with clients, centered on our firm’s 7Ps value system.
• Build market presence, reputation and credibility through contributing papers to professional bodies, publications, conducting talks and seminars, and participating in committees relevant to brand building of the range of advisory services.
• Provide quality control and risk management on all advices issued by the firm.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives.
