Job summary

RSM International is seeking an experienced senior professional to manage a portfolio of clients within the Transfer Pricing domain in Singapore. The role focuses on leading engagements, acting as the primary client contact, and driving profitable delivery through strong project management and budgeting oversight.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business or Accountancy or obtained relevant professional qualifications.
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm.
• Extensive experiences in transfer pricing tax environment.
• Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Strong interpersonal skills in developing internal and client relationships; Sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude that translates across the team.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience of working in a Transfer Pricing Team within a large international consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining client relationships
• Overseeing and leading on engagements, acting as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with them throughout the engagement cycle
• Actively promote team and personal profile to internal and external networks in order to promote collaboration and increase internal/external leads
• Identify key client issues that represent opportunities for the Firm to capitalise on and play active role in securing it Financial management, including developing and managing project budgets and billing to ensure profitable delivery of client engagements
• Mentoring, coaching and developing junior team members
• Play key role in people development activities (coaching / mentoring) for less experienced team members
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support departmental and organization objectives
