Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline (MBA advantageous).
• Minimally 10 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience within semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, capital equipment, or related advanced manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing procurement or category management teams.
• Strong track record of developing and executing strategic sourcing and category management programmes.
• Experience driving cost reduction, supplier development, and total cost ownership initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value contracts and supplier agreements.
• Demonstrated experience managing supplier risk, performance, and business continuity strategies.

Responsibilities
