Job summary

• Must hold a recognised law degree and be admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• Preferably experience in criminal prosecution and/or civil/commercial litigation.
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on enforcement actions, including criminal prosecution and civil penalties, and help shape enforcement policy.
• Coordinate with MAS internal departments and foreign regulators where required.
• Draft and coordinate legislative amendments and provide support during investigations and prosecutions.
