Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years’ working experience.

Aufgaben

• Investigate offences and regulatory breaches under MAS Acts.
• Gather evidence, conduct interviews, manage bail procedures, and prepare case files.
• Provide litigation support to the Attorney-General’s Chambers in prosecutions and civil penalties.
• Enforce regulatory actions such as prohibition orders and handle regulatory appeals.
• Specialise in market abuse cases (insider trading, market manipulation, continuous disclosure breaches).
• Collaborate with fellow investigators and specialists across departments.
