Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Communications, Public Policy, or related discipline.
• 4-8 years of relevant public affairs experience.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's government, policy and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent research, analytical and writing skills; ability to translate external developments into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of public and government affairs strategies across Singapore and international markets.
• Support public affairs and advocacy initiatives that advance the Group's objectives and external positioning.
• Coordinate engagements with government agencies, regulators, embassies, trade associations and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse political, policy, regulatory, and geopolitical developments and provide timely insights and recommendations.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping, landscape assessments and intelligence gathering to support market expansion.
• Maintain stakeholder databases, policy trackers, and market intelligence reports.
• Prepare briefing memoranda, talking points, presentations, and correspondence for senior management and external engagements.
• Coordinate inputs from business units on public and government affairs and stakeholder matters.
• Support crisis management efforts, coordinating cross-functional responses and leadership briefings.
• Assist in planning high-level visits, diplomatic engagements and executive meetings.
• Support media engagement activities and press office operations with the Media team.
