Siemens Financial Services (SFS), a subsidiary of Siemens AG, seeks a senior project finance professional to underwrite and manage transactions across energy, infrastructure, and digital infrastructure in Asia-Australia. You will lead risk assessments, structure financing, and present credit recommendations to management and committees.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in project finance, structured finance, infrastructure finance, or credit risk.
• Strong credit and risk assessment capabilities, including evaluating complex financing structures.
• Advanced financial modelling skills, including review and sensitization of project finance models.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating financing documentation, including loan agreements and project contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with lenders, sponsors and senior management.
• A university degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline; professional/postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong collaboration skills and intercultural awareness across countries and seniority levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and execute project finance transactions across energy, infrastructure, and digital infrastructure sectors in Asia-Australia, conducting risk assessments and providing structuring input.
• Assess and structure opportunities, identify key risks, optimize financing structures, balance risk and return.
• Prepare and present credit applications with due diligence on materials, review financial models, and present recommendations to management.
• Lead transaction execution and coordinate internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Tax, Rating, Asset Management, Operations).
• Monitor portfolio of project finance assets, assess waiver/amendment requests, identify risks, and support optimization initiatives; act as primary contact with lenders and external counterparties.
• Develop and maintain risk management practices, ensure compliance with policies, contribute to standards in credit, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Maintain understanding of market developments in energy, infrastructure, and digital infrastructure in Asia-Australia.
