Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in project/structured/infrastructure finance or credit risk.
• Strong credit and risk assessment capabilities for complex structures.
• Advanced financial modelling and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience reviewing loan agreements, security docs, and project contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior management.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and execute project finance transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors in Asia-Australia.
• Assess opportunities, identify risks, optimize financing structures, balance risk and return.
• Prepare and present credit applications with due diligence and financial model reviews.
• Lead transaction execution and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Tax and other teams.
• Manage a portfolio of project finance assets, review waivers, monitor performance and engage lenders and advisors.
• Develop risk management practices and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Stay abreast of market developments in energy and infrastructure financing.
