Job summary

AEM Holdings Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced product leader to own the product lifecycle for semiconductor equipment, from conception through commercialization, working with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to meet business and customer objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape the roadmap, manage costs, and translate customer requirements into technical specifications, while engaging with customers, sales, and industry events to drive performance and cost competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Robotics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in semiconductor equipment development, product management, or system engineering.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, thermal control technologies, and semiconductor equipment design.
• Proven experience managing product costs, business cases, and design-to-cost initiatives.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing complex capital equipment products from development through commercialization is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
