Job summary

xetron solutions pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a results-driven leader to drive the company’s POS business strategy and growth. You will direct sales, oversee distribution of POS hardware and related services, and nurture key accounts with retailers and F&B clients.

The role requires 5+ years in business management or sales within the POS/IT hardware space, with strong leadership and supplier-management skills to ensure profitable operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, sales, operations, or POS/IT hardware.
• Experience in POS systems, retail technology, payment solutions or related products is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers and accessories.
• Proven ability in business development, sales strategy and supplier management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; capable of motivating a team.
• Understanding of market trends, pricing, procurement, inventory management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy, growth plans, and sales objectives.
• Oversee the sales and distribution of POS systems and related accessories.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with retailers, F&B outlets and corporate customers.
• Manage key client accounts, negotiate agreements, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Oversee product sourcing, supplier management, procurement, and inventory planning.
• Work with suppliers and partners to evaluate new POS hardware, software, and solutions.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to identify opportunities.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and after-sales support for POS systems.
• Guide sales, technical support, and operations teams for efficient operations.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, revenue, costs, and profitability.
