Job summary

Liquid Group, a Singapore-headquartered payments technology company, invites a Director to lead Partner Services & Delivery across Singapore. You will manage operational relationships with merchants, issuers, acquirers and ecosystem partners, driving readiness, engagement and performance.

Collaborating with Product, Growth, Technology and regional teams, you will oversee onboarding, product rollouts, training and continuous improvement, ensuring exemplary service quality and scalable operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8–12 years in fintech/payments/financial services beneficial.
• Experience managing operational relationships with merchants, partners and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner services and relationship management for merchants, issuers, acquirers and ecosystem partners in Singapore.
• Oversee operational readiness, product delivery and rollout planning with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor partner performance, transaction trends and service quality; drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver operational training and enablement for merchants and partners.
• Coordinate issue resolution, escalation management and cross-functional collaboration.
