Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience preparing and analyzing CPM schedules and construction claims.
• Relevant industry certifications or training preferred.
• Experience supporting project teams or small workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of delay claims using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Prepare schedule analyses, including impact assessments, comparisons, and narrative summaries.
• Develop CPM schedules based on project scope and industry-standard productivity factors.
