Zusammenfassung

Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair is seeking a Strategy & Operational Leadership role focused on Quality Management and regulatory compliance. You will serve on the Senior Leadership Team, owning company-wide Quality, Safety, and Airworthiness domains across multi-jurisdictional authorities.

You will lead the QMS, drive audits, CAPA, and supplier oversight, and mentor a team of QA engineers and auditors.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering / Quality Management or equivalent.
• 12+ years in aerospace MRO with at least 5 years in Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring and Internal/ auditor roles.
• Completed SAR145, FAR145, EASA145 & CCAR145 training.
• CAAS L11/L12/C01 and/or M10 knowledge (CAAS/EASA) preferred.
• ICAO SMS training completed.
• Experience with SAP, Solumina and Civil Aviation Authority platforms (eSOMS, IFP, FSOP).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS 9110 QMS requirements.
• Strong leadership, ethics, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and drive timely delivery.
• Strategic/business thinking and CORE Champion qualities.

Aufgaben

• Direct the QMS to ensure multi-jurisdictional airworthiness compliance and audits.
• Oversee approval of Quality Manuals, RSM/QCM procedures, and alignment with OEM data.
• Lead CAPA processes with root-cause analysis and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor qualifications to meet airworthiness standards.
• Authorize technician certifications and ensure proper release of certificates.
• Support NPI activities to secure airworthiness approvals.
• Oversee Materials Lab compliance and calibration function.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of QA engineers and auditors.
• Drive digital QA analytics, COPQ metrics, and efficiency improvements.
