Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 20 years of design/construction experience in high-tech facilities
At least 10 years of technical leadership on fast-track projects
Strong expertise in HVAC, cleanroom systems, process utilities, mechanical infrastructure
Experience in semiconductor fabrication facilities preferred
Professional Engineer registration or relevant Master's degree an advantage
Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management are essential

Responsibilities

Lead Mechanical Engineering concept development delivering sound, cost-effective designs
Provide technical leadership across HVAC, cleanroom systems, process utilities, and mechanical infrastructure
Drive upfront business development, client engagement, proposals, tendering and value engineering
Collaborate with global engineering teams to optimise design, equipment selection, cost estimation and off-site manufacturing opportunities
Establish engineering standards, ensure regulatory compliance and design safety
Mentor and guide engineering teams
