Univers, a leader in decarbonization technology, seeks a Director – Marketing Operations to partner with the VP of Marketing and drive planning rigor, analytics excellence, and cross-functional alignment. You will translate strategy into measurable execution with data-driven insights and disciplined operations to maximize impact.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally strong, and adept at working across marketing and sales to optimize performance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, strategy, or business operations preferably with field marketing experience.
• Proven experience driving strategic planning, KPI management, and performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, go-to-market motions, and revenue alignment.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and ambiguity.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, KPI definition, and prioritization.
• Define and own marketing performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting cadence.
• Analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance to deliver actionable insights.
• Own the marketing budget to ensure adherence, including tracking, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Establish scalable processes for performance measurement, attribution, and reporting.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through deep analysis of marketing data.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, and product.
• Prepare performance readouts, insights, and materials for executive meetings and QBRs.
