Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
8+ years in IT Business Analysis or similar role.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic business analysis and apply design thinking to develop human-centered IT solutions.
Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and use cases; prepare BRDs, functional specs, and UAT plans.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to uncover root problems; drive process improvements and digital transformation.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise standards.
Support test planning and UAT to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
