Job summary

Pan Pacific Hotels Group seeks a Director, Development based in Singapore. You will source, evaluate and negotiate opportunities for hotels and serviced suites, and support marketing efforts for development decks and pitches.

Role requires 5–7 years in hotel development, strong knowledge of Australia and New Zealand markets, and ability to travel. English and Chinese are preferred; growth opportunities and cross-functional exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.
• 5–7 years of work experience in hotel development or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of the Australia and New Zealand market.
• Development marketing or hotel law experience is a plus.
• Proven deal-closing ability and strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of hotel brands, franchise structures and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel extensively and handle conferences.

Responsibilities

• Deal sourcing, structuring and negotiation for hotels and serviced suites.
• Support development team and senior management with market analysis.
• Prepare pitch decks and development marketing materials.
• Maintain owner relationships and manage transitions from signing to pre-opening.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
