Job summary

Advantest (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks a Director of Supply Chain Network Operations to build and lead a new Operations organization.

You will define structure, governance, roles, processes, and a performance framework, recruit talent, and drive scalable, reliable execution across the network. You will partner across Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and commercial functions to create an integrated operating model that translates business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, or business.
MBA is preferred for senior leadership roles.
Experience leading outsourced manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Experience building or restructuring an Operations organization.
Strong knowledge of S&OP, capacity, inventory, and cost management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an end-to-end operations strategy aligned with business goals.
Establish KPIs and governance for inventory, service levels, and reliability.
Oversee compliance with rules and regulations across the network.
Improve fulfillment efficiency, order accuracy, and customer experience.
Balance demand, capacity, material, and resources for sustainable growth.
Lead continuous improvement and change management across the organization.
Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and commercial teams.
