Job summary

Assembly is seeking an accomplished Director to own key client relationships in the region, leading strategic growth and planning excellence while overseeing activation delivery for accounts.

You will guide senior stakeholders, collaborate with global teams, and drive media performance and efficiencies across digital, social, and offline channels. A strategic, executive presence is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in a media agency environment.
• Proven experience leading major client accounts and managing senior client relationships.
• Strong understanding of brand and performance media across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Expertise in audience planning, data-driven marketing, and effectiveness measurement.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and grow diverse teams across markets or disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual and campaign media strategies connecting brand and performance.
• Translate client briefs (business objectives and goals) into data-driven strategy frameworks with actionable KPIs.
• Develop and execute full-funnel media plans across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with strategy, data, activation and creative teams to develop integrated, insight-led campaigns, driving strategic media recommendations and opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
• Drive media innovation and thought leadership, ensuring clients are ahead of market trends and working with media partners on new opportunities.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor the activation team to deliver best-in-class media thinking and executional excellence.
