Job summary

PAP Community Foundation in Singapore seeks a digital innovator to create digitally enabled business capabilities.

You will partner with business departments to identify operational gaps and solve business use cases through digital, data, and AI-led solutions, defining business requirements, performing business case analysis, securing project approvals and funds from stakeholders and management as well as managing the project implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, business administration or related field.
• At least 10 years' experience in IT planning, business analysis, IT consulting, project management or IT outsourcing management.
• Strong communication, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills; service-oriented and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Define new digital/data/AI projects with end-to-end processes and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
• Lead business users and conceptualize digital/data/AI projects, define requirements, and secure approvals and funds.
• Pilot digital tools and translate requirements into AI/data products that solve business use cases.
• Manage digital/data/AI projects lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation within time and budget.
• Act as an account manager for digital/data/AI initiatives and ensure positive customer experience.
