Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee central kitchen and logistics for a multi-outlet F&B group in Singapore.

You will drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and support expansion plans across dining concepts and partnerships. The role requires a strong background in central kitchen management, food production, inventory control, and large-scale logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, F&B, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience in senior F&B operations and central kitchen management.
• Experience overseeing central kitchen operations for multiple outlets.
• Strong understanding of food production planning and inventory control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with budgets and growth.
• Establish KPIs and drive cost efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end central kitchen operations and distribution to outlets.
• Lead and develop operations managers across central kitchen and logistics.
• Collaborate with restaurant ops and procurement for seamless coordination.
