Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Experience in F&B, food distribution, central kitchen operations, or multi-outlet environments advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment, delivery coordination, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in analysing operational data, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates with team leadership and supervisory experience will be considered for Senior Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations, including warehouse activities, order fulfilment, route planning, and deliveries to multiple outlets.
• Work closely with central kitchen teams, restaurant outlets, suppliers, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage the full order cycle, from order processing and inventory allocation to dispatch and delivery completion.
• Monitor delivery schedules, transport costs, productivity, and service standards to ensure operational efficiency.
• Resolve logistics, transportation, and delivery-related issues promptly to minimise disruptions to outlet operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse records to ensure alignment between physical stock and system data.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while maintaining proper stock control procedures.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory to minimise wastage and unnecessary costs.
• Analyse operational data and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and achieve cost, accuracy, and productivity targets.
• Review existing workflows and implement process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and optimise resource utilisation.
• Develop and implement logistics procedures and best practices to improve operational and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety management systems, workplace safety requirements, and relevant policies.
• Maintain high standards of delivery accuracy, inventory integrity, service quality, and operational reliability.
• Supervise, lead, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational targets.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with central kitchen, procurement, and restaurant operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end coordination.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
