The Safer Cyberspace Division within the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore leads national cybersecurity initiatives to raise resilience among SMEs, NPOs, and critical organisations. It drives multi-year programs, governs budgets, and collaborates with government bodies, industry partners, and auditors to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications

8 to 12+ years in Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, or Enterprise IT.
At least 5 years in a leadership or senior project management role.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar cybersecurity or digital transformation projects.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity controls, cloud security, and security architecture principles.
Familiar with government procurement guidelines and local cybersecurity standards.
Exceptional executive stakeholder management with C‑level communication.

Responsibilities

Drive national adoption by raising cybersecurity readiness among SMEs and NPOs across Singapore.
Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project managers, technical specialists, and external implementation partners to meet national cybersecurity objectives.
Oversee end-to-end project governance, scope, milestones, and ROI for multi-year programs.
Provide security architecture reviews and pragmatic risk mitigation aligned with national frameworks.
