Job summary

The Safer Cyberspace Division within the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks a seasoned technology project manager to drive adoption of national cybersecurity initiatives for enterprises in Singapore.

You will plan outreach, manage cross‑functional projects such as CISO‑as‑a‑Service, and develop compelling narratives and collateral across social media, speeches and industry events. A degree and 3–5 years in tech project management are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technology project management experience.
• Ability to simplify cybersecurity concepts for a lay audience.
• Creative with visuals to develop collaterals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-driven, fast learner, and collaborative.
• Interest in and propensity to self-learn cybersecurity tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of CSA initiatives among target segments.
• Plan and execute outreach and engagement activities (in-person and online).
• Project manage cybersecurity initiatives like CISO-as-a-Service.
• Develop narratives for various engagement platforms including social media and speeches.
• Plan social media content to raise enterprise awareness.
• Source or develop collaterals such as infographics and toolkits.
