Job summary

NUS Enterprise in Singapore seeks a Programme Director to lead three national cybersecurity programmes—CyberCall, CyberBoost, and CyberGrowth—and ensure cohesive delivery from innovation to internationalisation. You will drive strategy, build partnerships, and align governance with CSA and TIG frameworks.

The role requires senior leadership, strong cybersecurity know-how, and proven success in cross-functional team management and government-funded initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in innovation, programme leadership, or tech/venture ecosystem development.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, venture acceleration, and public-private innovation models.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional programme teams.
• Experience working with government funding, milestone reporting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CyberCall programme to identify opportunities, formulate statements, manage open calls, and support end-user adoption.
• Oversee CyberBoost to provide venture support, mentorship, and founder development.
• Supervise CyberGrowth to drive internationalisation and in-market engagement for startups.
• Align cross-programme transitions and ensure synergy with CSA themes.
• Drive programme reporting, budgets, and milestone tracking across three pillars.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and foster a collaborative culture.
• Build external partnerships with end-users, investors, mentors, and research institutes.
• Represent TIG Centre at ecosystem events and national platforms.
